The Work Package 5 aims at providing statistical tools that will enable the integrative analysis of the data generated by the project, including the investigation of risk factors and SES variables. Particular emphasis will be laid on modifiable factors that are correlated to health outcomes and healthy ageing (in collaboration with WP2, 3, 6 and 7). Statistical tools will be developed to seek for novel biomarkers from omic data, in order to identify drivers through which SES factors mediate their effect(s) as well as new biomarkers of healthy life trajectories (in collaboration with WP4). Finally, members involved in this WP will propose statistical tools to test pathways that integrate modifiable risk factors, SES, omics and health outcomes into a single life-long model of healthy ageing.
